Refund policy

General

1. Refunds will only be given in the event of goods having a factory fault - Please email us at orders@colamtrading.co.za
2. In the event of a return due to Yankees or a factory fault, Yankees will cover the full shipping fees incurred.
3. For products that are not faulty, we do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges.
4. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
5. Clearance/Sale products may not be refunded or exchanged. All clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
6. Refunds may take up to 5 working days.
